Barrel-Aged Bash: Old 55 Distillery + Moontown Brewing

We’re partnering with Indiana’s own Old 55 Distillery (based out of Newtown, IN) for a weekend of barrel-aged goodness at Moontown Brewing Company. Join us in the brewpub any time on Thursday, January 21st – Sunday, January 24th for a boozy good time.

We’ll be tapping our five BBA Moontown beers (all aged in Old 55 Bourbon Barrels):
– “Hefczkowski” German Hefeweizen
– “Schwatzee!” Schwarzbier
– “Follow the Lederhosen” Oktoberfest
– “Into the Void” Robust Porter
– “Rocket to the Moon” Russian Imperial
Stout

We’ll also have Old 55 Distillery samples, poured by the distiller himself on Thursday, and a special cocktail menu featuring his field-to-bottle spirits. Old 55 Whiskey flights will be available all weekend long too.

Lastly, we’ll have bourbon-inspired food specials available (in addition to our normal brewpub menu), all cooked using that Old 55 goodness.

The cocktails & menu specials (details coming soon) will last all weekend long but join us on Thursday evening to meet the Distiller and his family, score some sweet giveaways, shoot back a few complimentary whiskey samples and more!
