Big News for the Week:

Girls Pint Tomorrow (Monday) January 12th 6:30pm–
Author Rita Kohn will be at Books & Brews for a special Girls Pint Out event on January 12th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm  check out the event on Facebook

New Flights include 8%+ ABV pours
Our flights will still be four 4-oz pours, but now you can choose up to two brews over 8% ABV plus two under 8% ABV for $6.99.

New Special: Taste It All Tuesday
By popular demand, we’re adding a drink special for Tuesday nights: Taste It All Tuesday. For $19.99 you’ll get two flights (eight 4oz pours) and a Frankenstein (meat and cheese plate). Try eight beers, two Smoking Goose meats, two Fair Oaks’ cheeses, olives, and crackers and save over 20% off the retail price (normally $25.98 if purchased separately). Just say, “I want to Taste It All!”

New Menu Items (Names Coming Soon): 
Sancho Panza Bites - Smoking Goose Mexican Chirizo, Fair Oaks’ 1-year Cheddar, and a jalapeno served open-faced on Great Harvest sourdough bread and sliced into eight bite-sized servings.

Bright Lights, Big Pastrami - Smoking Goose Pastrami with Fair Oaks’ Farmers cheese, brown mustard, and banana peppers on sourdough.

Requiem for Sausage - Smoking Goose Hot Italian Sausage sliced up with Fair Oaks’ Emmentaler cheese sprinkled with Broad Ripple Chip Company Chips (on the sandwich!)

• Open Mic (7pm-10pm):  Last week we had a packed house and a long line of talented performers. Open Mic is quickly becoming the place to be!

Friday 1/16 

• Live Music (8pm-10pm): Charles Krone – We can’t say enough about Charles Krone – he always brings a great crowd and for good reason – he’s talented and puts on a great show. We’re excited to see him back on the schedule for this Friday!
• Tapping Event - The Stout of Monte Cristo (Oatmeal Stout): The Revenge of the Stout! Thick and satisfying, this stout will fill your belly and put a smile on your face. Take a growler home for breakfast the follow day!
• 5-gallon Friday: Oatmeal Stout with Maple Syrup (#yum)

Saturday 1/17

• Live Music (8pm-10pm) – Jen Midkiff – Jen has played several times at b&b solo or with her bandmates from Wild Mercy. She is an extremely talented harp player (yes, the harp!), and plays a lot of originals mixed in with some cover tunes.

Sunday 1/18

• Kids Eat Free - kids eat free every Sunday! You get a free kid’s sandwich with the purchase of an adult sandwich. Open from 12pm-8pm and filling growlers for all your last-minute local beer needs.
• Board Game Meet-up 4pm-8pm - Play some games, drink some fresh beer, and earn rewards! The more you come to b&b on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday and play games you will “level up” and get some cool prizes.

Here is how it works: Record the books you read in the provided spaces. Every 100 pages counts as 1 book. Every five books you read, you’ll earn a reward, however you are only able to redeem one reward per visit. You are also only allowed to complete the program once per person.
